Hi- many thanks for the service . A point of information for the future with any mobility assistance passengers arriving at City Airport : passengers in wheelchairs are taken to the DROP OFF point immediately outside the airport exit - vehicles collecting these passengers have official permission to collect from the DROP OFF point as opposed to the Pick Up area further along the access road. There was some confusion experienced with pick up collection on Thursday May 15th & the driver not fully aware of the special permissions for mobility assisted individuals.

Absolutely the best car service we have worked with in our 16 years living in the UK. The reservation line is fast and efficient; there are real people answering the phone, they arrived on time and the cars were clean comfortable and beautifully maintained. Our driver was excellent and was fully certified and trained. Also we live on a street where GPS coordinates can be confusing but this company has high quality GPS equipment and we were kept informed throughout departure and arrival. Most important, the fees were very reasonable and fair. We have become new loyal customers and highly recommend this company.
